Being part of the Kaczorowski Lab feels like an incredible honor. I earned my B.S in Animal Science from Michigan State University in 2022, followed by a M.S in Biology from Colorado State University in 2024. During this time, I also spent seven years as a caregiver for the elderly facing challenges like dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Huntington's diseases. This experience, combined with my academic background in in-vivo research, has truly shaped my path.
During my master’s program, I developed a strong passion for biomedical sciences, especially in exploring the progression of neurological disorders. As I look ahead to applying to medical school in a couple of years, my ambition is to become a Neurologist. The profound effects of neurodegenerative diseases on patients and their families have deeply motivated me to seek out impactful treatments and to advocate for those affected by these conditions.
In my downtime, I love immersing myself in books, spending quality time with friends, binge-watching TV shows, and exploring my creative side through pottery, painting, and coloring.
