We are looking for talented Postdoctoral Scholars (Research Fellows).
The Kaczorowski lab at the University of Michigan is recruiting a post-doctoral scholar to study system genetics analysis in Alzheimer's Disease, including collaboration with the multi-institutional leaders to evaluate agents; such as drugs, nutraceutical, and bioceuticals, that might slow aging and or Alzheimer?s disease in mice.
The successful candidate will be able to plan, develop, execute, and analyze an independent research project in the context of a supportive lab and institutional environment.
The Kaczorowski lab is seeking a computational biologist who is active at the intersection of single-cell biology and machine learning to join our group. The successful candidate will apply and develop bioinformatics, statistical, machine learning, and deep learning approaches to analyze single-cell sequencing and spatial expression data, including single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq), single-nucleus ATAC-seq (snATAC-seq), and multiomic single-nucleus RNA-/ATAC-seq data.
A full-time research technician position is available in the Kaczorowski lab in the Department of Neurology at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan Kaczorowski Lab (umich.edu). We are seeking a laboratory technician with experience in rodent handling and molecular biology techniques to work on several exciting projects involving rodent modeling of neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease and Huntington’s disease. Multiple positions are available and candidates with diverse skill sets are encouraged to apply.
