During my undergrad, I am studying neuroscience with a minor in business. I’m passionate about developing novel solutions to various healthcare issues while combatting global healthcare disparities and focusing on health equity and accessibility. Outside of school, I work as an EMT and aspire to pursue a career in the medical field. My research interests are understanding underlying genetic and cellular mechanisms of neurological disorders. I have had previous research experience working alongside Dr. Haylie Miller at the Motor and Visual Development Lab, studying the motor and visual development in neurodivergent individuals and helping to lead an ongoing clinical study. I’m extremely excited to be joining the Kaczorowski Lab and to work alongside driven mentors while learning about various genetic and cellular mechanisms that promote resilience to cognitive aging and Alzheimer’s disease!

In my free time, I enjoy competitively swimming, boxing for Michigan Boxing Team, watching psychological thrillers, and playing with my German Shepherd puppy!
