I earned my PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University in May 2023, where my dissertation research focused on applying data analysis, statistics, and machine learning techniques on various field such as healthcare and social science. In Kaczorowski lab, my responsibility is developing and implementing software platforms for managing and analyzing data acquired by our scientists and consequently contributing to new experimental design and database management. My research is also focused on applying traditional statistical methods and the state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning algorithms on analyzing complex large-scale behavioral, genetics, and imaging data from mouse or human. My long-term goal is to develop a comprehensive workflow of integrated data analysis to help explore the resilience mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases.
