I am an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan studying neuroscience and plan to graduate in 2027. I have a strong interest in neurodegenerative diseases, and I am incredibly honored to be a part of the Kaczorowski lab and to participate in researching genetic cognitive resilience to Alzheimer’s disease. Currently, I am helping with a research project focusing on the effect of knocking out and overexpressing the Prdm10 gene to determine if the level of gene expression impacts glucose metabolism and age-related cognitive decline in an Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) mouse model.
In my free time, I enjoy learning to make fun coffee drinks, playing piano, and folding origami cranes.
