I am a Master of Science student in Nutrition Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics at the University of Michigan. I hold a BS in Health Science with a concentration in Nutrition from Bob Jones University. I’m interested in translational research, particularly the relationship between nutrition and neurodegenerative diseases. My master’s thesis examines how calorie restriction influences cognitive resilience in mouse models. I believe that quality clinical care depends on the quality of research available; I’m thankful to the Kaczorowski Lab for allowing me to develop my skills as a researcher and pursue answers to real-world questions.
Outside of academia, I enjoy baking, hiking, and dabbling in French language learning.
