I am an interdisciplinary scientist proficient in both experimental and computational approaches within the field of neuroscience. My research focus centers on unraveling the genetic determinants of cognitive resilience in Alzheimer’s disease. In my role, I will primarily be engaged in the comprehensive analysis and harmonization of multi-omic datasets to extract valuable biological insights spanning various neurodegenerative dementias. Additionally, I am dedicated to developing novel computational methodologies for emerging technologies and crafting predictive models for diseases and phenotypes. I actively contribute to The Carpentries community and currently hold an advisory position for the Data Carpentry Genomics Curriculum.
